In 2021, 2022 and 2023, FFO organized a campaign for Melkunie. The aim of the campaign was to stimulate the product sales of Melkunie PROTEIN.
When purchasing €5 worth of Melkunie products, consumers receive a free Decathlon gift card worth €5. After uploading their receipt via the promotion website, they received their gift card in the mail.

For this campaign we designed a website and made various promotional materials: website banners, POS materials, advertisements and e-mail templates. We also took care of complete managing of the finances, sent the gift cards to consumers and we have a customer service for questions about the promotion.
We monitored and presented the results of the action at Melkunie. Every year we look together at what can be improved to make the campaign even more successful. With success: in 2023 about 20% more consumers participated in the promotion, compared to the year before.
